After eating my gingerbread house (a lot of it), I hit 177. I was worried that it would be worse. I started exercising again a few days ago and eating better. Yesterday I started the 5-day pouch test which lasted sadly 1 day. I figured that I got back to my lowest weight so why torture myself and waste the leftover meatloaf in the fridge. So today, I was back to 174.5. Yay! I had wanted to get to my original goal of 165 by my 1 year surgi-versary, but that’s obviously not going to happen. I suppose it could if I really busted ass until then - I’ve got a little over 3 weeks, but I’m not that determined. Maybe I’ll make 170. That’d be nice. But, I’ve been in the 175-178 range for about 4 months now, so I’m not holding my breath.
